Rip and cross on ply for an Isando warehouse fit.

For the Isando warehouse fit, the rip and crosscut work broke down plywood for shelving components. The note set centres on sheet control, edge finish and kerf behaviour so a workshop can match blade choice to cabinet-grade ply without guessing. Primary blade on this project was the Carbide Rip Blade, with Plywood sheathing recorded as the stock path.
First-board photos were archived once the initial cuts showed a clean face veneer and consistent width across the shelf blanks. We also logged flange cleanliness and feed feel on the saw after setup, then kept the handover notes with the job record. If you want to compare your own setup, use our contact form and include your city, sheet thickness and saw type.
What matters here is the transfer from one plywood shelf run to the next: tooth pattern against veneer, kerf allowance on repeated parts, and whether the crosscuts stay square after a stack of sheets. Before any batch goes further, the record names the fitted blade, the stock category and the checks done on the first pieces. See Carbide Rip Blade and Plywood sheathing where those references are listed in full.
The Isando ply shelves are a cutting record, not a fixed result for every shop. Motor power, arbor condition, dust extraction and the moisture state of stored plywood all affect cut quality on a shelf run, especially around Isando where stock may sit through hot afternoons and cooler mornings. Use the notes as a reference, then check your own machine, blade seating and sheet support before repeating the pattern.
