Thin kerf OSB for temporary Midrand boarding.

The Midrand OSB site pack was used for temporary boarding on a Johannesburg-side site. The blade pairing was kept to a thin kerf setup so sheet goods could be broken down with less strain on a smaller site saw. Notes were taken against OSB edge condition, chip-out on exits, and whether the stack stayed flat after transfer.
First-board images from Midrand were archived with the pack so the initial cut quality can be checked against later sheets. Before loading out, flanges were cleaned, bore seating was checked, and handover remarks were written around sheet thickness and cut direction. Use our contact form if you need to match city, stock type, and saw setup to a similar pack.
What mattered here was the cutting record, not the photo set. Kerf width was written down, the blade route was tied to the board stock, and the handoff notes flagged temporary boarding rather than finish work. See Thin Kerf Ripping with OSB site packs when you need the matching blade path and material grouping.
This record stays specific to the Midrand OSB pack and does not stand in for every site saw or board batch. Motor size, feed pressure, dust extraction, and moisture in stored sheets can change the edge you get on the day. If the stock is swollen, resin-heavy, or outside common workshop use, check the supplier details before copying the same setup.
