What we cover on flanges and manufacturing defects.
What we cover on flanges and manufacturing defects. TrueCut keeps support on email so the cutting shop can answer with the blade and material you already named. Operated by Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd from Sunnyrock 1401.
For a warranty query, use our contact form and note the saw, arbor, and material being cut when the issue showed up. You can cross check the relevant Blades, Holders, and Kerfs pages before sending photos so the claim includes the correct plate and fit details.
Warranty checks focus on flange condition, bore fit, kerf suitability, and signs of a manufacturing fault in the plate or tips. We also look at mounting marks, overheating, missing segments, and whether the disc was run within the stated machine settings.
A warranty note should arrive with photos of both flanges, the bore, and the cutting edge, plus any markings still visible on the blade body. Claims on unused stock depend on the disc remaining in original packing and free from mounting damage, while workshop cases are assessed against setup, material, and running conditions in Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town, and elsewhere in South Africa.
Start the warranty record through our contact form and include Kya Sands, Johannesburg if the item came through that branch. Machine make, blade diameter, and material type help separate fitment faults from manufacturing defects.
