How discs travel between showrooms and sites.
How discs travel between showrooms and sites. TrueCut keeps support on email so the cutting shop can answer with the blade and material you already named. Operated by Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd from Sunnyrock 1401.
Send shipping questions through our contact form. If you need packaging or courier details for a specific disc, note the item from Blades and add any matching Holders or Kerfs so the parcel suits the stack height and rim width.
Freight queries are easiest to sort when the saw details are exact. Include disc diameter, bore size, body thickness, kerf, and whether the blade travels as new stock, a showroom transfer, or an unused return. Packaging can differ for thin-kerf stock, segmented masonry discs, and large panel saw blades with vulnerable teeth.
Discs moving between showrooms and site stores are packed to limit tooth damage, bore knocks, and moisture exposure during road freight. Unused blades sent back should stay in the original packing with the label visible and the bore ring kept with the disc where supplied. Johannesburg, Durban, and Cape Town collections may differ by blade size, especially for wide-diameter stock and heavy steel-core units.
Send crate labels, depot handover details, or return packing notes through our contact form. Collection point reference: Kya Sands, Johannesburg.
