Unused blades in original foam within 14 days. TrueCut keeps support on email so the cutting shop can answer with the blade and material you already named. Operated by Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd from Sunnyrock 1401.

Returned blades are checked for signs of fitting and cutting, not only the label on the box. We look at the bore, plate faces, tooth tips, resin marks, and any flange witness marks to confirm the disc is still unused and in returnable condition.

• State the invoice or order number
• Photograph foam, label, and blade face
• Add your city and saw model

Unused discs can be returned within fourteen days when the original foam is still in place and the disc shows no mounting marks or chipped tips. Inspection includes the rim, bore, plate faces, and packaging condition before stock is put back into rotation. Sharpening partners are available on request for Johannesburg, Durban, and Cape Town.
