Blade wall

Kya Sands blade wall at open. Gallery leaves exist for workshops that want a visual reference before they open a blade path. This is not a moodboard dump. Each frame ties back to a kerf habit or a disc geometry.

Use the wall image to compare blade spacing, label order, and wear marks against your own rack of Blades and Kerfs. In Kya Sands workshops, crews often print a still and pin it near the saw station so operators can match disc type before the first cut. If you need a sharper file for a training board, send the request through our contact form.

Kya Sands wall layout cues

Start with the blade position in the frame, then check diameter, tooth pattern, and any chip-out on the rim. Resin build-up near the bore, dirty flanges, and uneven score lines usually show up before a cut goes off spec. On a wall reference like this, the useful check is whether your setup matches the intended material path, not whether the photo looks identical.

Limits

Morning dust, mixed light, and steel shelving will change how a blade rack reads in a working shop. Even so, the wall still helps with quick checks on disc geometry, storage order, and which blade was last on fibre cement, board, or aluminium trim. Treat the image as a shop reference tied to cutting habits, not as a styled display.
